Go to Del Amo Dodge instead, they can perform any warranty service OR jump on the 405 freeway north a few miles and go to CarMax Chrysler, just off of Manchester, 8611 La Cienega Boulevard, the service dept is located on the street behind the showroom/new car lot. I've had no problems with either service depts. South Bay Chrysler is notorious for having bad/poor service and fixing problems, even simple ones.

CarMax is pretty good on doing warranty/repair/service work, no-hassles and they take the time to explain things and/or listen to you. CarMax just built the showroom and service dept and moved from the old Prince Chrysler location. Get more free goodies at the service payment desk too...lol. The parts dept was nice enough to print out some parts lists for me (for free) and even got some parts for free when they messed up my special ordered parts (they either got lost or was sent back by mistake). There's a free shuttle there to take you where you want to be dropped off or if the repairs takes more than a day, they will supply a free rental if your PT is still under warranty (at least I got it, so YMMV).

BTW, the "Pimp My Ride" West Coast Customs shop is right next door to CarMax, so you can check out some of their custom cars and equipment.
