Welcome.
1) You have warranty left? If so, take it to dealer.
2) Buy a mutimeter and check if you have 12V at the window switch. If so, then you may have to take door panel off and check voltage to motor.
3) My bet is that your misfire will return unless you replace the wires, too - it's usually the wires that go bad. Get better wires and they'll last longer.
4) I'm guessing that somehow a ground on passenger side got loose.

It could be worse - windows could be down and you couldn't get them up!
