Can't help with the speakers, but to get at the radio: very gently pry out the plate that has the 4 window switches in it. Disconnect the wiring from the back of the switches and set the plate down. Look inside the square hole and you'll see one phillips head screw. Take that screw out. Take off the 4 round knobs that adjust the air-conditioning. Now GENTLY pry all around the edges of the whole panal that fits around the vents/radio/controls. It will start to come loose and come off towards you. Once that's off, you have access to the radio and the screws that hold it in.
