Default Re: 2006 PT Cruiser Convertible Sirius Satellite radio

I purchased the aftermarket Sirius One radio to put in the GT Convertible two years ago. Installed it just below the rearview mirror. The wiring is routed through the windshield frame (an easy install) and the antenna is 3M'ed to the dash just under the base of the windshield. Looks like a radar detector and sounds great! My wife drives the car most times and keeps it on Channel 3 ("LOVE") then I hit the #1 memory button when I get in and listen to Channel 103...give me my Blue Collar Comedy!!

In my Pacifica, I have a Sirius Sportster 4 which is installed on the A/C louver and direct connected to the factory unit, through the L/R RCA inputs to the A/V system. Antenna is on the rear roof, just ahead of the liftgate. Also sounds great and with the memory settings and auto scan is a killer unit. I don't see why anyone would go with the factory Sirius unit when the aftermarket unite are so flexibile!

Good luck!
