hello all, when i went to pick out my new gt after chrysler bought me out of my 03 gt the owner of the dealership and i were talking, he told me that chrysler is thinking that i wanted this from the beginning, when i first got my car because of the emails i sent telling them that i didn't get the 2,500 rebate and so on he said that they have everything you write and or say on the phone on tape or in a file, i told him i didn't care, they were wrong in the way i have been treated from the start!! and to think this was my doing is a joke i am able to break my own car, chrysler can't find the problem i must be better than all there techs i told the owner to please tell them what i had said as i want to stay one of there " favorite customers!!"
they have really been a pain in the ass about this whole deal !! so just keep in mind they keep everything that you write or say and if a problem happens they think they are going to use your own words against you!! what a joke !!
