DUDE! My MPG is up, thanks to you folks!!
I just got an '06 na/auto w/28k. It was clocking 16 MPG. Did the prescribed K&N drop-in air filter & synthetic oil change, got the tire inflation set right. Chrysler owed me a new battery (under warranty), which reset the onboard computer. Put in a small bottle of Lucas Fuel Additive, and have eased up on take-offs 
Thanks to the info on this great site, my MPG is now at 23-24 mixed city & highway.  !
Ordered the Champion double plats. & Crane Firewires, reckon it can only get better..
