Re: PT idles low and seems like it's going to die with AC on
There has to be a signal that tells the IAC that A/C is on - on a normal PT (one without a problem), when you turn on the A/C at idle, the idle speeds up. I don't know if it's a sensor, it's probably a connection (wire) from the A/C clutch to the IAC. Sure sounds like that's it.
