I'm fixing my sister's gt. Her right front wheel bearing went out, or so I thought. Once I had it apart I found the knuckle to be f'd up along with the hub. I did a search and it seems common that the factory didn't torque the axle nut down. In most cars hub/axle nuts require very little torque. I would like to avoid the same problem by correctly torquing the nut down. This problem happened at 34k miles.
