Default Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) readings

Hi folks,

I have an intermittent driveability issue that I think may be related to the TPS. To really diagnose it, I know I need to run a voltage or resistance meter and watch to see if there are any "flat spots." In the mean time, I hooked up an OBD II reader. According to the reader, the TPS reads 14.5% at idle and 75.3% at wide open throttle (WOT). This seems really odd to me, as the OBDII readings from the TPS on my Saturn are 0% at idle and 100% at WOT.

Any thoughts? The dealership has been exactly zero help on this, so any information I can gain will only help.

Thanks!
Bman
