OK. The car is at the dealership today. They actually bothered to read the voltage off of the TPS. Wow! They are getting 0.73V at idle and 3.77V at wide open throttle (WOT). They are claiming that my OBD II reader is interpreting this as "14.5% open" and "75.3%" open, but it is actually the correct voltages.

Can someone let me know if 0.73V at idle and 3.77V WOT is a reasonable operating range for the TPS?
