The only way I can see that it would change the price from cheap to expensive is the kind, type of filter. The intake pipe wouldn't make that much difference unless the cheap one is plastic.

I purchased one from Air Force One and paid about $150. Remember you get what you pay for. Cheap is Cheap!!!
