Now if you bought these rims, as John Boy pointed out you could just put your tires on these rims although the rims may be a little wide for your 195/65/R15 tires seeing as they are 15x7. IMO probably the best tire to put on them would be a 225/55/R15 because it is the same diameter as your stock ones. But....you can go larger if you want but bear in mind it will change your speedo...so it would have to be recalibrated.
Does this make any sense to you? It's a bit of a complicated process. You have to decide the look you want. Do you want larger rims (17" or 18") with smaller sidewall tires or do you want smaller rims (15" or 16") with a little more sidewall or tire showing when looking at it from the side.
They probably aren't what you want but I have the original tires and wheels from my car for sale they are 205/55/R16 Goodyears on 16 x 6.5 Aluminum wheels. My car is a '05 Touring Edition 'Vert and I took them off my car at 3000 miles.
