Default Do I need new intake gaskets after this?

I brought my 03 GT (53K miles) to the dealer to have them look at this vacum cleaner like noise that was coming from the front.

They found leaking intake gaskets and replaced them under my extended warranty but they also found that the car had a lot of carbon buildup and needed a tune up and a transmission fluid flush. They quoted me $730 for it.

I respectfully declined because I got a lower price quote from my regular mechanic (about $500).

This is a newbie question and I apologize in advanced if it sounds dumb but I'm not mechanically-inclined: The intake gaskets there now are brand new after being replaced by the dealer last week but will they need to be replaced again after the carbon buildup is cleaned, the tune up is done and the transmission fluid is replenished or can they be re-used?
