This is a newbie question and I apologize in advanced if it sounds dumb but I'm not mechanically-inclined: The intake gaskets there now are brand new after being replaced by the dealer last week but will they need to be replaced again after the carbon buildup is cleaned, the tune up is done and the transmission fluid is replenished or can they be re-used?
I reused mine in both my wife's non turbo PT and my GT. If you don't know the history of the car I'd have the full tranny service where they actually do a tranny flush and suck out all of the tranny fluid with the machine and change the filter (providing it's an auto tranny).
