I did call them about an hour ago. they said it either goes on the top, back or side of the camshaft, but not on the bottom. i'm having this weird feeling that maybe they gave me the wrong sensor. but it can't be, cuz they checked it in their computer (O'Reilly Auto Parts). may have to go tomorrow to return it and get it somewhere else, maybe AutoZone, to see if it's the same sensor.
