It's a pretty good road now with a lot of it being 3 lanes wide north and 3 south. The only bad parts now for me are a 30 mile stretch in both North and South Carolina that are concrete. Not sure what went wrong with both roads but it's like driving over small speed bumps that are spaced about 20 feet apart for the 30 mile stretch.
