I thing it started last month, at least from my point of view, that's when I purchased our PT. I got a $1,500 rebate on top of a good deal. In addition, locally here I've been seeing a TV Commercial about New PT Cruiser for $8947.00, The PT does not have an A/C or an Automatic transmission.
The deals are out there so look for them and take advantage of the opportunity when you see them pop up.
