The last thing I can suggest is the fuse box in the engine compartment.
#1 fuse Ignition Start
#3 fuse Ignition Run
#17 fuse Ignition Off Draw (not sure what that is)
I didn't see anything on the interior fuse panel that has anything to do with starting.
