Re: Horn and headlights problem
Are both headlights affected or just one side? If just the right sides headlamp and foglamps are affected id suspect a grounding issue as the horns and right lamps use a common ground. if both headlamps and foglamps are affected Then id have to agree with everyone else and say Multi-function switch.
