Hi, Welcome to the forum.
Besides the 4 bolts/screws (2 on each side) that you see on the top of the grill, it's held on by two plastic hooks. These hooks are located , one on each side, on the lower part of the inside of the grill. They are fragile and can break off easily (take my word on that), so take the top bolts off, and grab the grill on the lower corners and lift up and out. Don't force it.
This is how it's done on the early models of the PT. Don't know if they changed anything on the grills of the newer models.
Can't help with the install as there are many of them out there in the aftermarket and a dozen different ways to make them fit. Some just slip right over the exsisting grill, some replace the old grill.
