the bumper will phisically bolt up, but you will need to use the reinforcement and absorber from the 06. as for the looks, it may look funny having an 02 front and an 06 rear. have you priced a new cover from the dealer? how about talking to a bodyshop and getting prices through them? they might be able to find you a good used one or a decent aftermarket cover if price is an issue. there are several places online where you can find replacement covers, but the cost is insane.
