Along with the heater as QSD suggested, take the seat out of the cruiser (easy enough) and bring it inside the house where it's warmer and will dry out quicker.
Keep going over the floor area with the wet/dry vac. If it's anything like mine, it'll suck the carpet dry enough for the heater to finish it off.
