If all the rubber is there (no missing gaps) just pop down to Halford's and pick up some rubber glue to put the seal back together. Failing that, you might end up going to a dealer to buy the whole strip around the door to replace what you have. Have you tried a breakers yard to see if there's any wrecked PT's for spare parts?
