Yes, I just had mine done 3 weeks ago with no problems here in Annapolis, they only do the OBD2 test on the newer cars, and the gas cap test, no tail pipe sniff, no IM240 drive test on the rollers, did not even open the hood.
A very fast $14.00 spent.
