IT is not that simple i have spare radios from my town and country and the plugs, after wasting 3 weeks and soldering wires i found out that the radio needs to see the cd changer to open that port that is why the auxiliary input interfaces cost that much because they have electronics inside that tricks the radio to believe there is a cd changer plug but in the other end there is only 2 rca jacks

sometimes is better to pay the $69.00 and it is over you can listen to your device no more tapes or fm modulators and it looks clean
i believe that time cost a lot more
