By the way....I did this for my GPS unit, not my sat. radio. I changed out the factory unit for a Kenwood with Sirius Sat. Radio remotely mounted under the seat. I still like this set up because while it's not invisible don't scream "steal me" like having the GPS mounted on the dash or windshielf.
