For 2004, a regular Turbo has
180hp, the High Output version has
220hp,
BIG difference in power,
but, by changing the PCM with a Mopar Stage 1 upgrade kit, both will have
235hp, & 260 ft-lbs of torque.

As the only difference is the PCM programming.
Also, the HO, and Stage 1 upgraded cars must use at least 91 octane gas to achieve the stated power levels, where the 180 hp car only needs 87 octane gas.
