For signal input, you can
A) use the FM transmitter which will be one less cable laying in your cockpit
B) or use a miniplug -to- miniplug cable found at most any electronics store for about $7 to plug into the front of your factory stereo ..... assuming you have the base CD player with the miniplug auxillary input. Otherwise, the upgrade stereo CD changer doesn't have an AUX input. So you're stuck with FM transmitter.
For power, you will probably have the option of using a cigarette lighter plug .... otherwise if you want to do a more permanent install you can just tap into the power on the back of the cigarette lighter. There are only two wires back there. Use a multimeter to figure out which is ground and which is power.
Too easy.

I'm looking to fake a pro install  I don't wanna use the Aux input, I wanna hide as many wires as I can. I'd like to use the Red & White audio inputs. But I'd like to know where to expect to find the inputs without having to take everything apart first. Thanks for the idea to tap into the ciggy lighter. But I'd like to know what my other options are.
Thanks Again!
