Yeah, it's probably a good Idea to get a new bottom end. My eventual goal is 300-325 HP and That would be running 10-12 lbs of boost with all forged internals, cams, and a laundry list of other goodies. I have had someone tell me they were running 450 HP on their stock internals with A ridiculous turbo setup and Nitrous. Either they are lying, or they are about to have a VERY messed up engine!
