Most just get urethane replacements from Energy Suspension to make sure they don't bust again. All the A-arm bushings I've ever done, you end up drilling medium sized holes all the way around (close spacing), then pound it out the rest of the way. Clean up the leftover rubber inside of the A-arm hole with a Dremel sander, and press the new bushing in.
