When should shocks be replaced?
I have a 03 PT Cruiser Limited Edition with 52,480 miles on it. Bought it new. We put new tires on it about 18 months ago and it's been riding kind of rough. Go over a bump and it doesn't bounce all over but it's really a rough riding car now. Do I need new shocks? How about struts? There's nothing leaking under my car.
