It gave you a lot more than
5hp, your factory
230hp was measured at the
crankshaft, if you look at your '05 Stage 1 install sheet you will see that the '05 Stage 1 power chart shows
235 hp to the
wheels, that is about a
45 to 50hp increase to the wheels, The PT auto has a 20% loss in the drivetrain & the 5 speed about 15% which puts your factory
230 crank hp down to about
184 wheel hp, ,myself and several others with '05 & up GT have had the dyno tests to prove it, it also increases the torque from
245 stock, to 275 foot pounds.
