i've noticed some guys say they have different up pipes, what did they do performance wise? where did you get them? has anyone tried this mod..i went to a friend of mines that has alot of experience with turbo cars he fabricates his own systems and they perform quite well.. now he suggested installing a 3 inch down tube to a 3inch high flow cat for legal issues =(.. then for cost effeciency connect them to the stock exhaust but where it bends just before the rear where it makes the right turn to the rear door, he suggested cutting the pipe and extending it to the door and place a tip on it to sorta like a single side pipe...now since the car is a turbo it shouldnt be too loud, he figures that setip with a stage 1 and making a cold air intake setup that runs from the intake to the front bumper if possible to get it away from the heat and making a sheetmetal cover to shield some heat from the turbo into the engine compartment ..maybe this sounds stupid..but from my experience with racing and owning some fast cars that thinking and trying things out of the norm may make power and be cheaper then spending hundreds on things that make little difference
