Rob, If you have access to the track, Try to make two passes with the following setup:
First pass, full boost from the line up to the 1/4 mile.
Let it cool down or spray some water on the intercooler.
Second pass, use the low setting in first gear, switch to high boost from second all the way to the 1/4 mile mark.
If my R&D is correct you will make better times on the seccond pass. This is due to the 60 Feet Traction issue. I was making 2.23 with 8PSI but an ET of 15.74. I set up boost to 14-15 PSI and made 15.44 ET, but traction was horible at the 60 Feet with a time of 2.53. If you launch with a low boost setting and then switch to a high setting, you can destroy a lot of cars except the Viper...
