I did a search in the classifieds over at PTCrew and found a guy selling a Stage 1 PCM for a 2004 manual. It should work for mine once it is re-flashed. I haven't bought it yet, but I am seriously thinking about. It is half the price of a new one!!
I will have to look up Flight Systems. Thanks for the advice Hoot23.
