Sorry for not responding sooner - busy the last few days...
Higear - BC is not mounted, just kind of hanging there - the line from the #2 solenoid is grouped together with the others with some rubber gasket.
This gasket kind of keeps it in place. I should use that included bracket to mount...but havent yet.
About the plastic piece on the secondary - I thought it was a fixed piece, but noticed that it turns a couple days after my install.
Doesnt seem to affect the performance. Actuall helps the BC to fit where it is...they are kinda tall with the second stage!

Everything it working great after about 3-4 weeks now. Dont really use the second stage too much as of late.
Mostly when getting on the Parkway!.......Im dying to go to the track!
First Stage set all the way DOWN tight (clockwise).
Turbo STILL spools way quicker.
Second Stage (ive backed off a bit) now peaking at 15 down to steady 12-13.
I was previously peaking at about 17 down to steady 13-14, but I want to play it safe(er) without an AFR gauge.
Let me know how you're doing!

The next step would be to tighten up the wastegate using the E.D. mod the SRT guys have done - helps to hold the boost steady.
AGPTurbo also make a kit for this purpose.
Ill probably try it next week sometime.

Hey Ian - havent been to the track yet (or ever!) Dying to go!
BTW - thanks for all your R&D, wouldnt have done my mods without it!! Very helpful and informative.
I read about the switch technique previous to getting the dual stage, and others have already proved that you are correct.
On the highway, you can really feel the increase in boost if you switch while passing.
Will get back to you with some times!!
