The "consensus" is that the stock plugs and wires are crap and don't last very long but unless your having some trouble like rough idle and missing during acceleration there's no reason to go to the trouble of replacing them.

There's always a choice of low or more expensive parts but you get what you pay for....as in anything else. Auto stores like Pep Boys or Auto Zone will probably carry more than one brand of plugs and wires. It's up to you how much yo want to spend.

We've been telling people to go to the on-line site of www.RaceandStreet.com and under Performance, buy the Crane Fire Wires. On the Non-Turbo, Champion Double Platinum plugs #7570 wokr well and last a long time.
