Breaking the law is not necesary a crime, historically a crime is an action someone do against the rights of other, getting across a border was instituted as crime in dictatorial times like the Berlin's Wall by the communist regimen with a penalty of death, I can't understand all the festivity done in the U.S. when that wall falled, and now they are building another one between them and their supossed "partners" of the south, silly doesn't it?
