I have a N/A 2003 (with 195/65/15's) and I just upgraded the rolling stock.
Now I'm running 225/50/16 Kuhmo Ecsta AST on SE A7 rims. They fit very well, & don't rub at full turns (lock to lock). This size also does not need any speedo adjustment, just as accurate as the factory set up. They look excellent too!
I'm guessing a 17" tire would just reduce the aspect ratio and you could go with say 235/45/17 - but I'd call the experts at the Tire Rack (
Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels) to make sure there won't be a problem. That's where I bought my new wheels/tires from and they know their stuff over there.
