Camshaft Sensor
Hi - I drive an 03 PT Cruiser and just had new spark plugs and spark plug wires installed a week ago due to jerking/hesitating when accelerating on the highway. That fixed the problem and the car seems to be running fine except my check engine light popped on yesterday. The error code is P0340 which is the camshaft sensor from what I understand. My question is could having the plugs/wires replaced have caused something to go wrong with the camshaft or is it just coincidence?
