Guys,
This is a warranty item. I have had my window guides (that's what the service department called them...) replaced on my front windows in both of my PTs. They items to be replaced are plastic guides. According to my service department, if one side makes noise, the other side is soon to follow. So, they replaced both sides at the same time even though only one side was making noise. This is apparently a common "silent" PT repair.
