get a few 5 gallon buckets and set the legs in them & fill with concrete to hold it down ,
better yet , buy some larger tubes and set them in there and then later set the tent poles in the larger pipes , then bolt them together .
solar fan idea is great ,,, also they sell solar powered shed lights too ,, see e-bay .
look into a metal encloser in the future ,,
