You have to remove the upper manifold and suction some of the coolant out of the radiator filler so you can remove the coolant hose to get to the fuel rail. Remove the fuel rail and replace the injectors, put it back. Install the PCM.

Depending on your skill level this may sound like a lot. It isn't really but if you are afraid of the task there is probably someone on one of the board that lives near you that would help you out.

It is a little more involved if you are doing the manifold at the same time but it would be the time to do it since you are in there anyhow. Change your plugs and wires while you are at it. Plugs will be harder once you have the composite manifold on.
