You should not have any problems, in almost 4 years I have never heard of any Stage 1 PT not passing emissions. As a matter of fact, I have not heard of a SRT4 Stage 2 or 3 not ever passing either, as long as there were no other wild mods done besides the Mopar Stage kit, all the Mopar Stage PCMs were built
(according to one of the Mopar engineers that used to be on this forum), to pass even California emissions.
