Ok I would have to agree that it takes a very long time to recoup the fuel savings,,Ive been considering it for 6months! One car that may make sence is a Dodge Caliber-its MPG is at least 5MPG better & you for now are locked at $2.99 gas for 3 years & almost zero maintence,,,,, about 1K per year savings between fuel and better MPG,,but insurance would increase,,its tough,,,even a new TDI VW would take years at 40+ MPG considering diesel is $1.00 per gallon to start,,( A FREE CAR WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY I FINALLY CALCULATED) agree? {{{THE PT value is just way too low once its 5years old}}} Drive it till it rest at 200K!!!!
