Not all codes will light the Red "CEL" (Check engine light), only things that effect emissions, safety, or driveability that should be looked at right away will set the light, there are lots of other things that will leave a code in memory, but not set the light, also things that may have happened but went away for some reason, and are not what is called a "hard fault" right now, also the Stage 1 PCM if installed will ignore a lot more codes that the stock PCM would set the light for, like overboost etc. that is another nice thing about the Mopar Stage 1 PCM, it is very forgiving when you start to mod other things above Stage 1 power levels, ie higher boost, more fuel etc.
The 0633 code is not eraseable and will always be there with a Stage 1 PCM, unless a dealer with a DRBIII Scan/Flash tool that knows how to reprogram your SKIM code will be able to do away with that code, it even tells you on the Mopar Stage 1 install sheet that this code will be there and not to worry about it.
