Can't seem to find it anymore, but I once found on the internet pictures of a Cruiser where somebody had installed a WORKING wood-burning fireplace in the cargo area.... they'd removed the rear seats to make a wood storage area, and ran a chimmney for the fireplace through the roof: you'd open the rear hatch, and there you are, ready to light a fire.
I've always wondered how many fires that poor Cruiser lived through, before the gas tank got too hot......
