It's kind of strange that the manual still references it, and even the parts people @ the Dodge Chrysler / Agency tell me it should still have one.

(not to mention the hole in the tray.)

But if it were missing, I'd think i'd get a OBD code...and I don't get that, either.....

So, you can see why i 'd be confused.....

But it makes sense.
