Default First Cleaning

After a long day of cleaning yesterday, here are the results. Whenever you get a vehicle home that you know nothing about, its always best to do the normal new maintenance, cleaning being the first one here. Waiting on some other parts, and getting money together to get it road ready. First I got around to hitting the headlights with some 3M heavy cut compound, because they were oxidized. That stuff cured the light problem, they look like new. For the exterior, I bought that Turtle wax Ice polish. Good stuff. Brought the depth of the paint right out. After I got that done, I hit it with Meguiars NXT, then took the wash bucket and an old toothbrush to the rims. I washed them off, then put meguiars cleaner wax on them. The paint isnt as smooth as I would have liked. It needs a good buffing or clay barring, but, its 10x better than it was. Its almost like it had never had any wax on it.

Heres the pics folks. Enjoy.
