Thanks for the feedback. The fuse is OK, that was the first thing I checked. The new bulbs were all Mopar original. I'm wondering if there was some moisture ingression due to the folks at the car wash spraying the tail lights with their high-pressure hoses -- but this never happened before in 3.5 years of going to the same car wash.
